Air-Fried Pork Ribs & Jasmine Rice Recipe

These Air-Fried Pork Ribs come out juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned—and when paired with fluffy jasmine rice, you’ve got a complete meal for two with minimal effort. Perfect for busy nights or when you’re craving comfort food without the fuss.


Ingredients

For the Pork Ribs

  • ½ rack of pork ribs, cut into individual pieces (washed)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 packet Sazon

For the Rice

  • 1.5 cups jasmine rice (washed)

Instructions

1. Prep the Air Fryer

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.

2. Season the Ribs

  1. In a bowl, combine salt, onion powder, black pepper, and Sazon.
  2. Coat each pork rib piece evenly with the spice mix.

3. Air Fry

  1. Place ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 25 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy on the edges.

4. Make the Rice

  1. Rinse jasmine rice thoroughly.
  2. Cook 1.5 cups according to package instructions.

5. Serve

  1. Plate the hot jasmine rice.
  2. Top with freshly cooked ribs.
